目的：探讨临床护理路径在64层螺旋 CT 检查患者中的应用效果。方法将80例行64层螺旋 CT 检查患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较2组的检查情况及护理满意度。结果观察组检查时的焦虑程度和抑郁程度显著轻于对照组（P ＜0．05）；观察组的护理时间、中断检查的例数少于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P ＜0．05）；2组的不良反应差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论临床护理路径能够减少64层螺旋CT 检查患者的不良心理，提高检查成功率，缩短护理时间，是一种高效的护理方式。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재64층라선 CT 검사환자중적응용효과。방법장80례행64층라선 CT 검사환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각40례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용림상호리로경，비교2조적검사정황급호리만의도。결과관찰조검사시적초필정도화억욱정도현저경우대조조（P ＜0．05）；관찰조적호리시간、중단검사적례수소우대조조，호리만의도고우대조조（P ＜0．05）；2조적불량반응차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론림상호리로경능구감소64층라선CT 검사환자적불양심리，제고검사성공솔，축단호리시간，시일충고효적호리방식。
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients applied 64 slice spiral CT examination.Methods 80 patients underwent 64 slice spiral CT examination were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the con-trol group was received routine nursing while the observation group was used clinical nursing path-way,examination and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Anxiety and depression of examination in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P <0.05).Observation and nursing time,the number of examined interrupts patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).The difference was not statistical significant in adverse reactions of the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can reduce adverse psychology in patients applied 64 slice spiral CT examination,improve the success rate of inspection and shorten nursing time.So it is high efficient nursing mode.
