目的：观察水胶体敷料预防医源性静脉炎的疗效。方法将需静脉输入高渗性液体的患者120例随机分成实验组（预防性使用康惠尔透明贴水胶体敷料）和对照组（使用常规输液贴），对比2组患者的静脉炎发生率、发生时间及严重程度。结果使用康惠尔透明贴组因输液所致的静脉炎的发生率显著低于对照组，发生时间也晚于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论康惠尔透明贴用于预防静脉炎值得在临床推广。
목적：관찰수효체부료예방의원성정맥염적료효。방법장수정맥수입고삼성액체적환자120례수궤분성실험조（예방성사용강혜이투명첩수효체부료）화대조조（사용상규수액첩），대비2조환자적정맥염발생솔、발생시간급엄중정도。결과사용강혜이투명첩조인수액소치적정맥염적발생솔현저저우대조조，발생시간야만우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론강혜이투명첩용우예방정맥염치득재림상추엄。
Objective To observe the effect of hydrocolloid dressing in treatment of iatro-genic phlebitis (IP).Methods 120 patients treated with intravenous infusion of hypertonic fluid were equally divided into experimental group (preventively treated with hydrocolloid dressing named Kang Huier transparent stickers)and control group (treated with conventional transfusion stickers).The incidence rate,onset time and severity of IP were compared between the two groups.Results Incidence rate of IP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the onset time of IP in the experimental group was later than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Kang Huier transparent stickers are worthy of populariza-tion and application.
