目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜行早期胃癌切除术的手术配合及护理体会。方法对36例在本院行腹腔镜、胃镜联合早期胃癌切除术患者做好术前访视、心理护理，并做好腔镜及内镜各种特种器械的准备、合理摆放各种仪器设备及手术体位，掌握手术进程，严格无菌技术和无瘤技术，术中严密配合。结果36例患者手术均顺利完成。结论充分的术前准备、良好的手术护理配合是腹腔镜、胃镜联合手术成功的关键，微创手术是安全有效的，手术近期效果满意。
목적：탐토복강경연합위경행조기위암절제술적수술배합급호리체회。방법대36례재본원행복강경、위경연합조기위암절제술환자주호술전방시、심리호리，병주호강경급내경각충특충기계적준비、합리파방각충의기설비급수술체위，장악수술진정，엄격무균기술화무류기술，술중엄밀배합。결과36례환자수술균순리완성。결론충분적술전준비、량호적수술호리배합시복강경、위경연합수술성공적관건，미창수술시안전유효적，수술근기효과만의。
Objective To review the experience of operation cooperation and nursing of la-paroscopy combined with endoscopy for early gastric cancer resection.Method Good preoperative interview,psychological nursing,laparoscopic and endoscopic preparation of special equipment, reasonable bodyposition and well prepared equipment,the operation process mastered,strictly ster-ilization and tumor free technique,closely postoperative operation for 36 early gastric cancer pa-tients were carried out before and during the operation .Results The operations of 36 patients were successfully completed.Conclusion The sufficient preparation before operation,good opera-tion and nursing are the key to the success of operation with laparoscopy and gastroscopy,minimal-ly invasive operation is safe and effective with satisfactory effect in a short-term.
