目的：探讨晚期肺癌患者疼痛护理策略和效果。方法选自2011年1月-2013年1月本院收治的肺癌晚期患者187例，对其行镇痛方法及护理、心理护理、对症护理和生活护理等疼痛护理。在护理干预前后，对187例患者的进行主诉评估量表（VRS）评价。结果行护理干预之后，Ⅱ级以上的疼痛患者的比例显著低于护理干预前（P ＜0．01）。结论加强晚期肺癌患者的疼痛护理，可以有效减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토만기폐암환자동통호리책략화효과。방법선자2011년1월-2013년1월본원수치적폐암만기환자187례，대기행진통방법급호리、심리호리、대증호리화생활호리등동통호리。재호리간예전후，대187례환자적진행주소평고량표（VRS）평개。결과행호리간예지후，Ⅱ급이상적동통환자적비례현저저우호리간예전（P ＜0．01）。결론가강만기폐암환자적동통호리，가이유효감경환자적동통，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing care of pain in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 187 patients with advanced lung cancer from January,2011 - January, 2013 in the hospital were treated with pain analgesia and nursing intervention of psychological nurs-ing,symptomatic nursing and life nursing and evaluated by VRS.Results:after the treatment of pain and pain nursing,187 cases were detected the verbal rating scale (VRS)before nursing inter-vention.Results After nursing intervention,pain in patients of the above level 2 was significantly lower than nursing intervention before (P < 0.01).Conclusion Strengthening nursing care in pa-tients with advanced lung cancer can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
