目的：探讨优化护理工作模式在精神科优质护理服务中的临床效果。方法选取本院精神科收治的患者240例作为研究对象并分为传统模式组和优化模式组，每组各患者120例。传统模式组患者在传统护理工作模式下接受护理康复治疗；优化模式组患者在优化护理工作模式下接受护理康复治疗，通过加强护理人员管理、定期检查护理人员业务技能水平、转变护理理念、优化排班，提高工作效率和质量，增加患者及医生满意度，同时积极开展精神康复活动、加强健康教育，以提高患者恢复状况。结果优化模式组患者及家属满意度、医生满意度均高于传统模式组，且优化模式组的意外事件和投诉事件的发生率均显著低于传统模式组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；优化模式组患者对健康知识掌握的优良率显著高于传统模式组；经过1个月的治疗和护理后，优化模式组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论优化护理工作模式在精神科优质护理服务中的临床效果显著，能有效提高患者、医生的满意度，降低意外及投诉的发生率，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토우화호리공작모식재정신과우질호리복무중적림상효과。방법선취본원정신과수치적환자240례작위연구대상병분위전통모식조화우화모식조，매조각환자120례。전통모식조환자재전통호리공작모식하접수호리강복치료；우화모식조환자재우화호리공작모식하접수호리강복치료，통과가강호리인원관리、정기검사호리인원업무기능수평、전변호리이념、우화배반，제고공작효솔화질량，증가환자급의생만의도，동시적겁개전정신강복활동、가강건강교육，이제고환자회복상황。결과우화모식조환자급가속만의도、의생만의도균고우전통모식조，차우화모식조적의외사건화투소사건적발생솔균현저저우전통모식조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；우화모식조환자대건강지식장악적우량솔현저고우전통모식조；경과1개월적치료화호리후，우화모식조적치료유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론우화호리공작모식재정신과우질호리복무중적림상효과현저，능유효제고환자、의생적만의도，강저의외급투소적발생솔，제고치료효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore application effect of optimized nursing mode on superior nurs-ing service in psychiatric department.Methods 240 patients were divided into traditional model group and optimized mode group with 120 patients in each group.The patients in the traditional model group received traditional mode of nursing and rehabilitation therapy while patients in the optimized mode group received optimized nursing and rehabilitation therapy.Strengthening nursing management,regularly checking the level of business skills of nursing staff,changing nursing phi-losophy,optimizing row classes and improving work efficiency and quality,increasing patient and physician satisfaction,actively carrying out the spirit of rehabilitation activities and strengthening health education could improve recovery situation of patients.Results Satisfaction of patients and their families and physician satisfaction in optimized mode group were higher than that in the tradi-tional model group,and accident and complaint events in the optimized mode group were signifi-cantly lower than that in the traditional model group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Excellent rate of health knowledge command in the optimized mode group was signif-icantly higher than that in the traditional model group.After a month of treatment and nursing, treatment efficacy rate in optimization mode group was significantly higher,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Optimized mode nursing has significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and physicians,reduce the occurrence rate of accidents and complaints,and improve the therapeutic effect,so it is worthy of promotion.
