目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法156例慢性下肢溃疡患者接受中西医治疗，观察治疗后创面愈合率及中医症候积分，评价疗效。结果经治疗痊愈率为19．87％，总有效率为88．46％。患者的平均创面愈合率（51．24±12．38）％。痊愈患者的平均创面愈合时间（11．45±6．52）d。治疗后患者的平均中医症状积分下降显著（P ＜0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性下肢溃疡可获显著疗效。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료만성하지궤양적림상료효。방법156례만성하지궤양환자접수중서의치료，관찰치료후창면유합솔급중의증후적분，평개료효。결과경치료전유솔위19．87％，총유효솔위88．46％。환자적평균창면유합솔（51．24±12．38）％。전유환자적평균창면유합시간（11．45±6．52）d。치료후환자적평균중의증상적분하강현저（P ＜0．01）。결론중서의결합치료만성하지궤양가획현저료효。
Objective To explore clinical effect of combined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine on treatment of chronic lower limb ulcer.Methods 156 patients with lower limb ulcer were treated with combined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine,and wound healing rate and symptoms were observed .Results After treatment ,curative rate was 19.87% and overall response rate was 88.46%.The average of wound healing rate was (51.24± 12.38)% and the average time of wound healing rate was (11.45±6.52)days.Conclusion Com-bined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine has a remarkable curative effect in treat-ment of patients with chronic lower limb ulcer.
