目的：观察地奥司明对围术期骨折患者血栓形成的影响。方法将在本院施行下肢骨折手术的60例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者常规使用低分子右旋糖酐。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用地奥司明片。将患者下肢周径变化、凝血功能值及深静脉血栓的形成比率作为观察指标进行对照研究并行统计学分析。结果治疗组治疗后患肢周径变化明显，患者的凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）明显较对照组延长，血小板（PLT）计数明显较对照组升高，其发生深静脉血栓（DVT）的比率低于对照组。结论地奥司明片在围术期的应用，不仅能有效预防骨科手术深静脉血栓形成，而且效果显著，值得在临床上进一步研究和应用。

Objective To observe the influence of diosmin on the deep venous thrombosis (DVT)and blood coagulation during peri-operative period in patients with fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with fracture of lower limbs were randomly divided into control group given rou-tine low molecular dextran and treatment group added with diosmin tablet,30 cases for each.Diam-eter changes of lower limbs,coagulation function value and the ratio of deep venous thrombosis were statistically analyzed.Results In treatment group,the diameter changes of affected limb were evi-dent,prothrombin time (PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)prolonged markedly,while platelet (PLT)count increased obviously,but the DVT rate was lower than con-trol group.Conclusion Diosmin tablet used in peri-operative period can prevent deep venous thrombosis due to orthopedic surgeries with remarkable clinical efficacy,deserving to be further studied and applied in clinic.
