目的：分析负压引流方式与虹吸引流方式在胃肠外科治疗中的应用价值。方法2011年2月-2013年2月本院胃肠外科共收治的200例患者随机分为2组，即观察组（100例）和对照组（100例）。给予观察组患者虹吸引流方式治疗，给予对照组患者负压引流方式治疗。结果和对照组相比，观察组患者的相关治疗费用明显较少，术后堵塞管道发生率明显较低，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论在胃肠外科治疗中，虹吸引流方式较负压引流方式具有较高的应用价值，值得推广。
목적：분석부압인류방식여홍흡인류방식재위장외과치료중적응용개치。방법2011년2월-2013년2월본원위장외과공수치적200례환자수궤분위2조，즉관찰조（100례）화대조조（100례）。급여관찰조환자홍흡인류방식치료，급여대조조환자부압인류방식치료。결과화대조조상비，관찰조환자적상관치료비용명현교소，술후도새관도발생솔명현교저，차이균구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론재위장외과치료중，홍흡인류방식교부압인류방식구유교고적응용개치，치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the value of suction drainage way and siphon drainage way in the surgical gastrointestinal treatment.Methods 200 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The obser-vation group was given siphon drainage way treatment,and the control group was given suction drainage way treatment.Results The associated treatment costs of observation group was signifi-cantly less than the control group,and the clogged pipes occurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion In the surgery gastrointestinal treatment,the value of siphon drainage way is higher than suction drainage way,and it is worthy of promotion.
