目的:探讨 Bmi-1、P16蛋白在乳癌组织中的表达及意义,以及与 ER、PR、HER-2的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测80例乳腺癌中 Bmi-1、P16蛋白的表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果在乳腺癌组织中,Bmi-1蛋白高表达,并与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P <0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、ER、PR、HER-2无关(P >0.05)。与正常对照组相比,乳腺癌组织中 P16蛋白低表达,并与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关(P <0.01),但与 HER-2表达显著相关(P <0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、ER、PR 无关(P >0.05)。结论Bmi-1、P16在乳腺癌的复发、转移中发挥重要作用。联合检测 Bmi-1、P16可作为预测乳腺癌预后的重要生物学指标。

목적:탐토 Bmi-1、P16단백재유암조직중적표체급의의,이급여 ER、PR、HER-2적관계。방법응용면역조직화학 SP 법검측80례유선암중 Bmi-1、P16단백적표체정황,병분석기상관성。결과재유선암조직중,Bmi-1단백고표체,병여림상분기、조직학분급、림파결전이정정상관(P <0.05),여환자년령、종류대소、ER、PR、HER-2무관(P >0.05)。여정상대조조상비,유선암조직중 P16단백저표체,병여림상분기、조직학분급、림파결전이정부상관(P <0.01),단여 HER-2표체현저상관(P <0.05),여환자년령、종류대소、ER、PR 무관(P >0.05)。결론Bmi-1、P16재유선암적복발、전이중발휘중요작용。연합검측 Bmi-1、P16가작위예측유선암예후적중요생물학지표。
Objective To explore the expressions Bmi-1 and P16 and their significances of in patients with breast cancer and to analyze their relationships with biomarkers,such as ER,PR and HER-2.Methods The expressions of Bmi-1 and P16 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 80 patients with breast cancer and their relationships were evaluated.Results The expres-sion of Bmi-1 was positively related with the TNMstaging,histological degrees and lymph node metas-tasis (P <0.05),but had no association with age,tumor volume as well as the expressions of ER,PR and HER-2 (P >0.05).Compared with normal tissues,the low expression of P16 was in reverse rela-tionship with the TNMstaging,histological degrees and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05),related with HER-2 expression (P <0.05),but had no association with age,tumor volume as well as the ex-pressions of ER and PR (P >0.05).Conclusion The expressions of Bmi-1 and P16 proteins play an important role in the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer,and their combined detection can be used as an important indicator for the prognosis of breast cancer.
