目的：探讨护理干预在糖尿病足患者治疗期间的应用体会。方法将46例糖尿病足患者随机分为干预组和对照组各23例，对照组只接受一般常规护理，干预组提供全面护理干预，观察2组的护理效果。结果干预组糖尿病足患者通过护理干预后治愈例数显著优于对照组，治愈16例，因足部严重感染截肢4例，因经济原因未愈3例，2组治愈率差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），体现了护理干预的优越性。结论糖尿病足患者在治疗过程中接受有效的护理干预可显著提高疗效，降低并发症发生率，取得较好的护理效果。
목적：탐토호리간예재당뇨병족환자치료기간적응용체회。방법장46례당뇨병족환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각23례，대조조지접수일반상규호리，간예조제공전면호리간예，관찰2조적호리효과。결과간예조당뇨병족환자통과호리간예후치유례수현저우우대조조，치유16례，인족부엄중감염절지4례，인경제원인미유3례，2조치유솔차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），체현료호리간예적우월성。결론당뇨병족환자재치료과정중접수유효적호리간예가현저제고료효，강저병발증발생솔，취득교호적호리효과。
Objective To investigate experience of nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot.Methods 46 diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.23 patients in the control group received standard nursing received conventional nursing while 23 patients in the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing effect was observed in the two groups.Results The number of patients with diabetic foot after nursing intervention was more than that in the control group.There were 16 patients cured and 4 patients amputated due to serious infection and 3 patients failed to heal due to economic rea-sons,the result revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Diabetic foot patients received effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
