目的：探讨冠心病合并认知障碍患者夜间各种异常行为及症状的护理观察重点。方法采用问卷和描述性研究设计分析2013年4月-2014年4月在本院 CCU 住院的64例冠心合并认知障碍患者夜间发生各种异常行为及症状的临床资料。结果冠心病合并认知障碍患者夜间发生的各种异常行为及症状包括睡眠障碍、排泄行为异常、不安全行为、服药依从性差和胸痛。结论对冠心病合并认知障碍患者应进行合理的护理观察，并适时介入干预，提高护理质量。
목적：탐토관심병합병인지장애환자야간각충이상행위급증상적호리관찰중점。방법채용문권화묘술성연구설계분석2013년4월-2014년4월재본원 CCU 주원적64례관심합병인지장애환자야간발생각충이상행위급증상적림상자료。결과관심병합병인지장애환자야간발생적각충이상행위급증상포괄수면장애、배설행위이상、불안전행위、복약의종성차화흉통。결론대관심병합병인지장애환자응진행합리적호리관찰，병괄시개입간예，제고호리질량。
Objective To investigate the nursing observation for abnormal behaviors and clinical symptoms at night in patients with coronary artery disease combined with cognitive disor-der.Methods The material of 64 patients admitted in CCU of our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were analyzed with questionnaire and descriptive research.Results The symptoms of patients with coronary artery disease combined with cognitive disorder included sleep disorders,ab-normal excretory behavior,unsafe behaviors,low medicine-taken compliance and chest pain. Conclusion Careful observation and timely intervention for patients with coronary artery disease combined with cognitive disorder could improve nursing quality.
