在简单而温和的条件下制备出聚氨酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料，并利用XRD、 IR等研究聚氨酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的微观结构，并通过万能拉伸机对此材料的力学性能进行测试。实验结果表明，蒙脱土片层在聚氨酯基体中完全剥离，同时蒙脱土片层表面的氧或羟基与聚氨酯的-NH-形成了氢键，大大提高了其力学性能。

Elastic polyurethane/organoclay nanocomposites were synthesized by using simple process under mild condition.The microstructure of elastic polyurethane/montmorillonite nanocomposites was studied by XRD and IR , and the mechanical properties of samples were characterized by tensile mechanical test.Experimental results showed that exfoliated polyurethane/montmorillonite nanocomposites showed high -performance tensile mechanical properties , and hydrogen bonding existed between the surface of montmorillonite and polyurethane.
