在简单而温和的条件下制备出聚氨酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,并利用XRD、 IR等研究聚氨酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的微观结构,并通过万能拉伸机对此材料的力学性能进行测试。实验结果表明,蒙脱土片层在聚氨酯基体中完全剥离,同时蒙脱土片层表面的氧或羟基与聚氨酯的-NH-形成了氢键,大大提高了其力学性能。
在簡單而溫和的條件下製備齣聚氨酯/矇脫土納米複閤材料,併利用XRD、 IR等研究聚氨酯/矇脫土納米複閤材料的微觀結構,併通過萬能拉伸機對此材料的力學性能進行測試。實驗結果錶明,矇脫土片層在聚氨酯基體中完全剝離,同時矇脫土片層錶麵的氧或羥基與聚氨酯的-NH-形成瞭氫鍵,大大提高瞭其力學性能。

Elastic polyurethane/organoclay nanocomposites were synthesized by using simple process under mild condition.The microstructure of elastic polyurethane/montmorillonite nanocomposites was studied by XRD and IR , and the mechanical properties of samples were characterized by tensile mechanical test.Experimental results showed that exfoliated polyurethane/montmorillonite nanocomposites showed high -performance tensile mechanical properties , and hydrogen bonding existed between the surface of montmorillonite and polyurethane.
