Organic polysiloxane had the dual performance of organic polymer and inorganic silicon compounds , having both the flexibility and easy workability of polymer materials , as well as high temperature resistance , oxidation resistance and weather resistance of inorganic materials.In recent years , it increasingly aroused concern as a high efficient, non -toxic, low smoke, and environment -friendly flame -retardant.The recent application of organic polysiloxane for flame-retarded polymer material was summarized.
