介绍了PLA嵌段PEG聚合物的合成、性质和质量评价方法,对其所形成的载药胶束的性能评价指标进行了总结,并综述了其作为胶束在药物载药系统中的应用,尤其是应用在抗肿瘤药物上的研究进展。结论: PLA嵌段PEG聚合物有良好的生物可降解性和相容性,为目前胶束载药系统中聚合物的研究热点,具有广泛应用前景。

Synthesis, properties as well as property assessment method of PLA block PEG copolymers were introduced , then the performance evaluations of the micelles formed by these copolymers were briefly reviewed , finally their applications for micelles in drug delivery system were summarized , especially in the field of anticancer drugs.PLA block PEG copolymers possessed good biodegradability and biocompatibility and were the current research focuses of micelles delivery system , which had widely application prospects.
