Qingfei Granules%Radix platycodonins%TLC
目的:改进清肺颗粒中桔梗的薄层鉴别方法。方法:以桔梗为对照药材,采用TLC法进行鉴别研究。结果:供试品色谱中,检出与桔梗对照药材相同颜色的斑点,缺桔梗阴性对照无干扰。结论:建立的方法专属性强,重现性好,可用于清肺颗粒中桔梗的定性鉴别。
目的:改進清肺顆粒中桔梗的薄層鑒彆方法。方法:以桔梗為對照藥材,採用TLC法進行鑒彆研究。結果:供試品色譜中,檢齣與桔梗對照藥材相同顏色的斑點,缺桔梗陰性對照無榦擾。結論:建立的方法專屬性彊,重現性好,可用于清肺顆粒中桔梗的定性鑒彆。
목적:개진청폐과립중길경적박층감별방법。방법:이길경위대조약재,채용TLC법진행감별연구。결과:공시품색보중,검출여길경대조약재상동안색적반점,결길경음성대조무간우。결론:건립적방법전속성강,중현성호,가용우청폐과립중길경적정성감별。
Objective:To improve the TLC identification of Radix platycodonins in Qingfei Granules. Meth-ods:To study by TLC,with Radix platycodonins as the reference substance.Result:The test samples and the respective reference substance were alike in that the same color chromatographic spots. The negative control had no such spots. Conclusion:The method was sensitive,with strong specificity and reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Granules.
