目的:探讨血清CRP水平与缺血性脑梗死预后的关系。方法对73例缺血性脑梗死患者(观察组)及同期健康志愿者41例(对照组)进行血清CRP检测,对比两组CRP的变化情况。观察组患者随访观察1年。结果观察组CRP(15.16±7.01)mg/L,显著高于对照组的(4.51±1.36)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.153,P<0.05);观察组中大、中梗死灶面积患者CRP分别为(18.13±10.07)mg/L、(15.21±7.34)mg/L,明显高于小梗死灶面积患者的(9.95±6.14)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.316、6.541,均P<0.05);观察组重、中型患者CRP分别为(19.13±12.24) mg/L、(16.32±8.16) mg/L,显著高于轻型患者的(9.93±5.41)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.153、7.692,均P<0.05);随访过程中,复发脑梗死及死亡患者血清CRP分别为(16.12±8.67)mg/L、(19.17±11.36)mg/L,明显高于预后较好患者的(11.32±8.43)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.583、8.751,均P<0.05)。结论临床上可以将血清CRP水平作为预测脑梗死预后的指标之一。

목적:탐토혈청CRP수평여결혈성뇌경사예후적관계。방법대73례결혈성뇌경사환자(관찰조)급동기건강지원자41례(대조조)진행혈청CRP검측,대비량조CRP적변화정황。관찰조환자수방관찰1년。결과관찰조CRP(15.16±7.01)mg/L,현저고우대조조적(4.51±1.36)mg/L,차이유통계학의의(t=7.153,P<0.05);관찰조중대、중경사조면적환자CRP분별위(18.13±10.07)mg/L、(15.21±7.34)mg/L,명현고우소경사조면적환자적(9.95±6.14)mg/L,차이균유통계학의의(t=7.316、6.541,균P<0.05);관찰조중、중형환자CRP분별위(19.13±12.24) mg/L、(16.32±8.16) mg/L,현저고우경형환자적(9.93±5.41)mg/L,차이균유통계학의의(t=8.153、7.692,균P<0.05);수방과정중,복발뇌경사급사망환자혈청CRP분별위(16.12±8.67)mg/L、(19.17±11.36)mg/L,명현고우예후교호환자적(11.32±8.43)mg/L,차이균유통계학의의(t=7.583、8.751,균P<0.05)。결론림상상가이장혈청CRP수평작위예측뇌경사예후적지표지일。
Objective To investigate the relationship between changes in C-reactive protein and prognosis of ischemic stroke.Methods C-reactive protein were detected in 73 cases with ischemic stroke serum and selected be as a study group ,while collecting ,41 cases of healthy volunteers as the control group at the same period whose C -reac-tive protein was detected too .The study group was followed up for one year then compared C-reactive protein changes of two groups.Results The C-reactive protein in patients of the study group had average content (15.16 ±7.01)mg/L, which was significantly higher than (4.51 ±1.36)mg/L of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant( t=7.153,P<0.05);The study group of patients with large and medium infarct size ,their C-reactive protein levels were (18.13 ±10.07) mg/L,(15.21 ±7.34) mg/L,significantly greater than patients′with the small size of the infarct(9.95 ±6.14)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant (t=7.316,6.541,all P<0.05);The levels of C-reactive protein in heavy and medium patients were (19.13 ±12.24)mg/L,(16.32 ±8.16)mg/L respectively, significantly higher than the mild patients′(9.93 ±5.41)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.153, 7.692,all P<0.05);During follow-up,the serum C-reactive protein levels in patients with recurrence of stroke and death were (16.12 ±8.67)mg/L,(19.17 ±11.36)mg/L,significantly higher than the better prognosis of patients (11.32 ±8.43)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant (t=7.583,8.751,all P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of C-reactive protein levels can be as a prognostic indicator of stroke in clinical .
