目的:探讨青年脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸( Hcy)和尿酸( UA)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系。方法150例青年脑梗死患者行颈动脉超声检查,依据结果分为无斑块组37例、稳定斑块组52例和不稳定斑块组61例,测定三组血清Hcy和UA水平,并进行分析比较。结果稳定斑块组Hcy和UA水平分别为(15.92±2.52)μmol/L 和(294.85±25.52)μmol/L,均高于无斑块组( t =7.33、6.89,均P<0.05);不稳定斑块组Hcy和UA水平分别为(23.17±3.82)μmol/L和(388.57±26.61)μmol/L,均显著高于无斑块组和稳定斑块组(t=9.82、10.02、6.90、7.12,均P<0.05)。结论颈动脉斑块的形成及其稳定性与Hcy和UA水平具有密切相关性。
目的:探討青年腦梗死患者血清同型半胱氨痠( Hcy)和尿痠( UA)水平與頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊穩定性的關繫。方法150例青年腦梗死患者行頸動脈超聲檢查,依據結果分為無斑塊組37例、穩定斑塊組52例和不穩定斑塊組61例,測定三組血清Hcy和UA水平,併進行分析比較。結果穩定斑塊組Hcy和UA水平分彆為(15.92±2.52)μmol/L 和(294.85±25.52)μmol/L,均高于無斑塊組( t =7.33、6.89,均P<0.05);不穩定斑塊組Hcy和UA水平分彆為(23.17±3.82)μmol/L和(388.57±26.61)μmol/L,均顯著高于無斑塊組和穩定斑塊組(t=9.82、10.02、6.90、7.12,均P<0.05)。結論頸動脈斑塊的形成及其穩定性與Hcy和UA水平具有密切相關性。
목적:탐토청년뇌경사환자혈청동형반광안산( Hcy)화뇨산( UA)수평여경동맥죽양경화반괴은정성적관계。방법150례청년뇌경사환자행경동맥초성검사,의거결과분위무반괴조37례、은정반괴조52례화불은정반괴조61례,측정삼조혈청Hcy화UA수평,병진행분석비교。결과은정반괴조Hcy화UA수평분별위(15.92±2.52)μmol/L 화(294.85±25.52)μmol/L,균고우무반괴조( t =7.33、6.89,균P<0.05);불은정반괴조Hcy화UA수평분별위(23.17±3.82)μmol/L화(388.57±26.61)μmol/L,균현저고우무반괴조화은정반괴조(t=9.82、10.02、6.90、7.12,균P<0.05)。결론경동맥반괴적형성급기은정성여Hcy화UA수평구유밀절상관성。
Objective To investigate the relationship between levels of homocysteine ( Hcy ) and serum uric acid( UA) and stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in young patients with cerebral infarction .Methods 150 cases of cerebral infarction in young patients carried the carotid ultrasonography were divided into the non -plaque group ( n=37),stable plaque group(n=52) and unstable plaque group(n=61) according to the results.The levels of Hcy and UA in the three groups of patients were detected and analyzed statistically .Results The stable plaque group′s Hcy and UA levels were (15.92 ±2.52)μmol/L and (294.85 ±25.52)μmol/L,which were significantly higher than those of the non-plaque group(t=7.33,6.89,all P<0.05);The unstable plaque group′s Hcy and UA levels were (23.17 ±3.82 )μmol/L and ( 388.57 ±26.61 )μmol/L, which were significantly higher than those of the the non-plaque group and stable plaque group(t=9.82,10.02,6.90,7.12,all P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between the stability of carotid artery plaque and the levels of Hcy and UA .
