防盗报警系统的运用，不但可以提高社区的防盗服务水平和监控能力，还能促进防盗管理工作的信息化进度，对于构建安全、和谐的社会有良好的促进功能。主要概述了SMS技术与PLC技术，并以这两种技术为基础研究分析了红外线监控防盗系统，以期对构建安全、和谐社区，提高现代人们生活水平有所帮助。

The use of anti-theft alarm system,not only can improve the level of community security service,monitoring ability,but also can promote the anti-theft management informationization progress gradually,so as to has a promoting function for building security and harmonious society. The SMS technology and PLC technology are summarized in this paper. On the ba-sis of the two technologies,the infrared monitoring anti-theft system is studied,hoping to give a help for building a safe and har-monious community,and improving the level of modern people's life.
