对中药注射剂安全性问题进行文献调研，查阅相关资料，进行分析总结，从而阐述中药注射剂不良反应发生的原因及表现，讨论预防不良反应发生的对策，应从加强中药注射剂生产、流通，使用过程监督管理入手，加强中药注射剂不良反应上报工作，善于积累和共享不良反应的资料，为临床合理安全使用中药注射剂，规避风险，提供科学依据。

Safety of traditional Chinese medicine injection is investigated based on literature, related materials are referred to and analysis and summarization were carried out, so as to explain the reasons and expression of adverse events induced by traditional Chinese medicine injection. Countermeasures of preventing adverse events are discussed. Manufacturing, distribution, supervision and management of traditional Chinese medicine injection should be strengthened and reporting schemes of adverse events for the injection should be consolidated. Materials regarding adverse events need to be accumulated and shared. In such way is it able to provide scientific proofs for clinical proper and safe use of traditional Chinese medicine injection and related risk prevention.
