目的：探讨颈动脉粥样斑块的MRI影像特点，以提高对颈动脉粥样斑块成分及性质的认识。方法回顾性分析2013年11月～2014年5月期间13例颈动脉粥样斑块的MRI病例资料，并与颈动脉内膜剥脱术的病理结果相对照，总结其影像信号特点。结果13个病例共18个粥样硬化斑块，颈动脉内膜剥脱术取出13个斑块；13例斑块存在脂质坏死池；6例纤维帽撕裂；7例斑块内出血；11例斑块内钙化；4例炎性细胞浸润。结论颈动脉粥样斑块的磁共振信号具有特征性，磁共振成像能有效评估斑块的稳定性。
목적：탐토경동맥죽양반괴적MRI영상특점，이제고대경동맥죽양반괴성분급성질적인식。방법회고성분석2013년11월～2014년5월기간13례경동맥죽양반괴적MRI병례자료，병여경동맥내막박탈술적병리결과상대조，총결기영상신호특점。결과13개병례공18개죽양경화반괴，경동맥내막박탈술취출13개반괴；13례반괴존재지질배사지；6례섬유모시렬；7례반괴내출혈；11례반괴내개화；4례염성세포침윤。결론경동맥죽양반괴적자공진신호구유특정성，자공진성상능유효평고반괴적은정성。
ObjectiveTo explore the MRI characteristics of carotid atheromatous plaque, in order to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods The MRI features of 13 cases(from2013.11 to 2014.5) of surgically and athologically were reviewed retrospectively, summarized the signal characteristics. ResultsMRI found 18 carotid atheromatous plaques in 13 patients; 13 atheromatous plaques were obtained by carotid endarterectomy, lipid necrotic core was found in 13cases;intraplaque hemorrhage was found in 7cases;fibrous cap rupture was found in 6cases; calcification was found in 11cases; inflammatory cells infiltration was found in 4 cases.Conclusion MRI signal features of carotid atheromatous plaque are characteristic for the diagnosis, MRI can effectively assess the stability of the plaque.
