目的：观察丙戊酸钠联合癫痫平序贯治疗癫痫的临床疗效，探讨其有效性及安全性，以期更有效地控制癫痫发作。方法76例癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在常规治疗基础上联合癫痫平的剂量调整，对照组为丙戊酸钠常规疗法。观测两组患者临床疗效、不良反应、治疗时间与发作频率的相互关系。结果治疗组（40例）有效控制发作，较对照组（36例）临床疗效显著提高，不良反应发生率降低；两组治疗后癫痫发作严重程度积分值比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在抗癫痫治疗过程中，丙戊酸钠联合癫痫平序贯疗法，中西药作用机制协同、时间互补、效应增强，疗效优于单用丙戊酸钠。
목적：관찰병무산납연합전간평서관치료전간적림상료효，탐토기유효성급안전성，이기경유효지공제전간발작。방법76례전간환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조재상규치료기출상연합전간평적제량조정，대조조위병무산납상규요법。관측량조환자림상료효、불량반응、치료시간여발작빈솔적상호관계。결과치료조（40례）유효공제발작，교대조조（36례）림상료효현저제고，불량반응발생솔강저；량조치료후전간발작엄중정도적분치비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재항전간치료과정중，병무산납연합전간평서관요법，중서약작용궤제협동、시간호보、효응증강，료효우우단용병무산납。
ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of sequential therapy of valproate combined with Dianxianping tablet in treating epilepsy for more effective to control epilepsy.Methods76 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group (36 cases). The treatment group was given the treatment of sequential therapy of valproate combined with Dianxianping tablet,and the patients of control group were given the treatment of valproate. Clinical curative effect, adverse reactions, treatment time and seizure frequency relationships of two groups were observed. ResultsThe treatment group could effectively control the seizures. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that in the control group. After treatment, the difference of two groups seizure severity score was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of epilepsy, valproate combined with Dianxianping tablet can make synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, complementary time, and enhancement effect. Its curative effect is better than single valproate.
