目的：了解本地区腹泻患者的A组轮状病毒的全年感染情况。方法采用胶体金免疫层析技术检测腹泻患者的粪便标本中A组轮状病毒抗原。结果1876例腹泻患者的粪便标本一共检验到阳性和弱阳性的标本是468例，阳性率24.96%（468/1876）。结论 A组轮状病毒在本地区的腹泻患者的感染情况较为严重。
목적：료해본지구복사환자적A조륜상병독적전년감염정황。방법채용효체금면역층석기술검측복사환자적분편표본중A조륜상병독항원。결과1876례복사환자적분편표본일공검험도양성화약양성적표본시468례，양성솔24.96%（468/1876）。결론 A조륜상병독재본지구적복사환자적감염정황교위엄중。
Objective To investigate the whole year infection situation of group A rotavirus in the patients with diarrhea in this district.Methods The group A rotavirus antigens in the feces samples of patients with diarrhea were detected using the colloidal gold immunochromatograohic assay. Results Of the 1876 cases of rotavirus in the patients with diarrhea, a total of 468 cases of positive and weak positive samples were detected, with the positive rate of 24.96% (468/1876).Conclusion The infection situation of group A rotavirus in the patients with diarrhea is severe in this district.
