目的：对补益强心片治疗充血性心力衰竭进行临床疗效评价。方法采用双盲双模拟、平行单中心、扩大多中心和开放单中心试验方法，临床选择420例（300︰120）符合充血性心力衰竭（气阴两虚兼血瘀水停证）诊断标准的患者，分别服用补益强心片及地高辛片。结果中医证候疗效：试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的射血分数及每搏输出量较治疗前皆有增加，前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前后肝脾肿大、水肿、啰音、心率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗前后血压比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补益强心片治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效与西药相似。临床试验中未见不良反应及毒副作用。
목적：대보익강심편치료충혈성심력쇠갈진행림상료효평개。방법채용쌍맹쌍모의、평행단중심、확대다중심화개방단중심시험방법，림상선택420례（300︰120）부합충혈성심력쇠갈（기음량허겸혈어수정증）진단표준적환자，분별복용보익강심편급지고신편。결과중의증후료효：시험조여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조환자적사혈분수급매박수출량교치료전개유증가，전후비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료전후간비종대、수종、라음、심솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료전후혈압비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론보익강심편치료충혈성심력쇠갈적료효여서약상사。림상시험중미견불량반응급독부작용。
ObjectiveToevaluate clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of Buyi Qiangxin tablets.Methods Double-blind & dummy, paralleled single center, expand multi-center, and informed single center. 420 CHF patients (300︰120) were chosen to take Buyi Qiangxin tablets and digoxin tablets respectively.Results Compared experimental group and the control group,P<0.05. The experimental group is better than the control group. All patients' ejection fraction and stroke volume increased(P<0.05). There is no difference between two groups, before and after treatment, in aspect of hepatosplenomegaly, oedematous rale, heart rate (P>0.05),and significant difference in blood pressure(P<0.05).ConclusionBuyi Qiangxin tablets has equal clinical curative effect for CHF compared with western medicine. No adverse reactions and side effects in clinical trials.
