目的：分析普外科临床护理中开展优质护理服务对护理质量的影响效果。方法随机将本院收治的普外科住院患者400例均分为研究组与对照组，对照组采取常规护理，研究组给予优质护理服务，对比分析两组的护理效果，比较两组患者住院期间护理满意率、健康教育知晓率、不良反应事件发生率。结果研究组患者住院期间满意率为97.50%，对照组为85.00%，研究组住院期间满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)；研究组患者健康教育知晓率为92.00%，对照组为80.00%，研究组健康教育知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率为1.50%，对照组为12.00%，研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普外科临床护理中开展优质护理服务，可以明显提高患者对护理的满意度、健康教育知晓率，并有效降低不良反应事件发生率，值得借鉴。
목적：분석보외과림상호리중개전우질호리복무대호리질량적영향효과。방법수궤장본원수치적보외과주원환자400례균분위연구조여대조조，대조조채취상규호리，연구조급여우질호리복무，대비분석량조적호리효과，비교량조환자주원기간호리만의솔、건강교육지효솔、불량반응사건발생솔。결과연구조환자주원기간만의솔위97.50%，대조조위85.00%，연구조주원기간만의솔명현고우대조조(P<0.01)；연구조환자건강교육지효솔위92.00%，대조조위80.00%，연구조건강교육지효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05)；연구조불량반응발생솔위1.50%，대조조위12.00%，연구조불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론보외과림상호리중개전우질호리복무，가이명현제고환자대호리적만의도、건강교육지효솔，병유효강저불량반응사건발생솔，치득차감。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing care on clinical nursing quality in the department of general surgery. Methods 400 cases of patients who were admitted to the department of general surgery in our hospital were randomly allocated to a research group and a control group.The control group were received regular nursing care, while the research group were received high quality nursing care.Nursing effects were compared and analysed between the two groups,patients’satisfaction rate towards nursing care during their hospitalization,awareness rate of healthy edu-cation and incidence of adverse events were evaluated. Results Satisfaction rate during hospitalization was 97.50% in the research group,higher than 85.00%of the control group (P<0.01);awareness rate of healthy education in the research group was 92.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group (P<0.05);incidence of adverse events in the research group was 1.50%,lower than 12.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing care in clinical nursing in the department of general surgery helps significantly increase patients’ satisfaction towards nursing care,awareness rate of healthy education,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of application.
