目的：分析腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石性脓肾患者的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年5月~2013年12月收治的63例结石性脓肾患者作为研究对象，根据患者的临床症状表现，合理选择经尿道输尿管镜取石术或微创经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗，并分析其疗效。结果63例结石性脓肾患者中，有21例(33.33%)行经尿道输尿管取石术治疗，另42例(66.67%)行微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗，术后半年均获得随访，肾功能恢复或部分恢复者55例(87.30%)，肾萎缩者7例(11.11%)，肾切除者1例(1.59%)。结论临床上应用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石性脓肾，治疗方法安全，疗效显著，术后并发症发生率低，保肾率高，具有极高的应用价值。
목적：분석강내비뇨외과기술치료결석성농신환자적림상효과。방법선택본원2012년5월~2013년12월수치적63례결석성농신환자작위연구대상，근거환자적림상증상표현，합리선택경뇨도수뇨관경취석술혹미창경피신경취석술진행치료，병분석기료효。결과63례결석성농신환자중，유21례(33.33%)행경뇨도수뇨관취석술치료，령42례(66.67%)행미창경피신경취석술치료，술후반년균획득수방，신공능회복혹부분회복자55례(87.30%)，신위축자7례(11.11%)，신절제자1례(1.59%)。결론림상상응용강내비뇨외과기술치료결석성농신，치료방법안전，료효현저，술후병발증발생솔저，보신솔고，구유겁고적응용개치。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of endourological technique in the treatment of patients with cal-culous pyonephrosis. Methods 63 cases of patients with calculous pyonephrosis treated in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research objects.According to the clinical symptoms of patients,the patients were treated with transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy or minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,and the clinical treatment effect of patients was analyzed. Results For 63 cases with calculous pyonephrosis,there were 21 cases (33.33%)receiving transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy,and there were 42 cases (66.67%)receiving minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The patients were followed up for half a year after operation,there were 55 cases(87.30%) with graft function,7 cases(11.11%) of kidney atrophy and 1 case(1.59%)with nephrectomy. Conclusion Endourological technique in the treatment of patients with calculous pyonephrosis not only is safe,evident treatment effect and low inci-dence rate of complication,but also has great application value for the treatment of calculous pyonephrosis.
