目的：研究细致化健康教育对主动脉球囊反搏术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2010年1月~2013年11月采用主动脉球囊反搏术进行治疗的48例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(常规健康教育组)24例和观察组(细致化健康教育组)24例，然后两组分别于健康教育前和健康教育后1、2周时采用Zung自评量表和视觉模拟评分法进行焦虑、抑郁的评估，然后比较评估结果。结果观察组健康教育后1、2周时焦虑、抑郁阳性率及程度均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细致化健康教育可有效缓解主动脉球囊反搏术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。
목적：연구세치화건강교육대주동맥구낭반박술환자초필、억욱정서적영향。방법선취2010년1월~2013년11월채용주동맥구낭반박술진행치료적48례환자위연구대상，장기수궤분위대조조(상규건강교육조)24례화관찰조(세치화건강교육조)24례，연후량조분별우건강교육전화건강교육후1、2주시채용Zung자평량표화시각모의평분법진행초필、억욱적평고，연후비교평고결과。결과관찰조건강교육후1、2주시초필、억욱양성솔급정도균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론세치화건강교육가유효완해주동맥구낭반박술환자적초필、억욱정서。
Objective To study the influence of detailed health education for the anxiety and depression of patients with intra-aortic balloon pump. Methods 48 patients with intra-aortic balloon pump from January 2010 to November 2013 were selected as the study object,and they were divided into control group (conventional health education group) in 24 cases and observation group (detailed health education group) in 24 cases,then the anxiety and depression of two groups were evaluated with Zung self-rating scale and visual analog scale before the health education and at 1st,2nd week after the health education,and the evaluation results were compared. Results The positive rate and degree of anx-iety and depression of observation group at 1st and 2nd week after the health education were all lower than those of con-trol group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed health education can effectively relax the anxiety and depression of patients with intra-aortic balloon pump.
