目的：探讨化疗联合放疗治疗原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤的临床效果。方法选取2011年11月~2013年11月本院收治的原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤患者68例,将其随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。治疗组采用化疗联合放疗方式,对照组采用放疗方法。结果治疗组的显效率、总有效率分别为58.83%(20/34),88.24%(30/34),对照组分别为41.18%(14/34),70.59%(24/34),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗联合放疗治疗原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤取得较好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토화료연합방료치료원발중추신경계통생식세포류적림상효과。방법선취2011년11월~2013년11월본원수치적원발중추신경계통생식세포류환자68례,장기수궤분성치료조화대조조,매조각34례。치료조채용화료연합방료방식,대조조채용방료방법。결과치료조적현효솔、총유효솔분별위58.83%(20/34),88.24%(30/34),대조조분별위41.18%(14/34),70.59%(24/34),량조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론화료연합방료치료원발중추신경계통생식세포류취득교호적림상효과,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy treating primary cen-tral nervous system germ cell tumors. Methods 68 patients with primary central nervous system germ cell tumors from November 2011 to November 2013 treated in our hospital was divided into the treatment group and the control group, and there were 34 cases in each group.Chemotherapy combined radiotherapy was taken in the treatment group, and the control group for radiation treatment. Results The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 58.83% (20/34) and 88.24% (30/34) respectively,while the obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of the control group was 41.18%(14/34)and 70.59%(24/34)respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy combined radiotherapy in the treatment of primary central nervous system germ cell tumors achieve better clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
