再生障碍性贫血主要是由T细胞免疫异常，损伤造血细胞，抑制造血而引起的。而环孢素(Cs)是一种具有多种生物活性的环状十一氨基酸多肽，能选择性地抑制T淋巴细胞的功能，从而有效达到治疗再生障碍性贫血的目的。但Cs在治疗时易产生肾毒性及其他不良反应，所以应注意Cs在与其他药物联用时产生的相互作用，还应加强对Cs的血药浓度监测并实行个体给药。

Aplastic anemia is mainly referable to suppression of hematopoiesis,which is caused by T cell immune dys-function and injury of hematopoietic cells.Cyclosporin (Cs) is a cyclic undecapeptide with a variety of biological activi-ties including immunosup-pressive,anti-in ammatory,antifungal and antiparasitic properties.Cs can selectively inhibit the function of T lymphocyte so as to effectively treat aplastic anemia.But in the treatment of renal Cs produces toxicity and other adverse reactions,so attention should be paid to the interaction of Cs in combination with other drugs.The blood concentration monitoring of Cs and implementation of individual administration should also be strengthened.
