目的：调查县级医院医生对癌痛治疗认知现状，并分析相应的对策。方法采用自行设计的医生癌痛治疗认知调查问卷对贵港市6家县级二级甲等医院医生进行调查。结果已培训医生对癌痛治疗基础知识、麻醉药品成瘾性、按时给药方法、吗啡类药物使用等的认知程度高于未培训医生，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本市县级医院医生对癌痛治疗的知识了解不够深入，建议继续加强县级医院医生对癌痛治疗的培训。
목적：조사현급의원의생대암통치료인지현상，병분석상응적대책。방법채용자행설계적의생암통치료인지조사문권대귀항시6가현급이급갑등의원의생진행조사。결과이배훈의생대암통치료기출지식、마취약품성은성、안시급약방법、마배류약물사용등적인지정도고우미배훈의생，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론본시현급의원의생대암통치료적지식료해불구심입，건의계속가강현급의원의생대암통치료적배훈。
Objective To investigate the status of the county hospital doctors for pain treatment of cognition,and to ana-lyze countermeasures. Methods A self-designed doctors treating cognitive pain questionnaire was used to investigate doctors in Guigang six secondary level hospital. Results Awareness on cancer pain treatment basics,narcotics addiction, time and method of administration,morphine-like drug use in doctors had been trained were higher than those of un-trained doctors,there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion City county hospital doctors do no deeply under-stand the knowledge of cancer pain treatment,propose to continue strengthen the training of cancer pain treatment on county hospital doctors.
