目的:探讨人性化管理理念在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月~2014年2月在本科进行治疗的80例患者及在本科工作的20名护士为研究对象。将20名护理人员随机分为观察组和对照组,每组10名,对观察组护理人员采用人性化管理,对照组护理人员采用常规管理方法。将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组患者由观察组护士进行护理,对照组患者由对照组护士进行护理。分别观察对比两组护理人员对工作的满意度和两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组护理人员对工作环境、同事关系、业务水平提高程度的满意度分别为90%、90%、80%,对照组护理人员分别为60%、70%、50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对住院环境、护理水平、护理态度的满意度分别为80%、90%、80%,对照组患者分别为50%、70%、50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理理念显著提高了护理人员对工作的满意度和患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of humanized management ideology in clinical nursing. Meth-ods Eighty patients agreed on treatment and 20 nurses in our department from March 2013 to February 2014 were se-lected as research objects.Twenty nurses were evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the observation group,humanized management for nurses was adopted,while the control group were provided with the con-ventional management method.Eighty patients were also evenly divided into observation group and control group in ran-dom.Patients in the observation group were cared by nurses in the observation group,and patients in the control group were cared by nurses in the control group.The job satisfaction from nurses and nursing satisfaction from patients were observed and compared in each two groups respectively. Results Satisfaction on working environment,interpersonal re-lationship,and improvement of professional skill by nurses in the observation group was 90%,90%,80% respectively,the control group was 60%,70%,50%respectively,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Satisfaction on hospitalization environment,nursing level,and nursing attitude by patients in the observation group was 80%,90%, 80% respectively,the control group was 50%,70%,50% respectively,there was significant difference beween two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized management ideology remarkably improves job satisfaction by nurses and nursing satisfaction by patients,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
