目的:分析和研究右旋糖苷铁注射剂治疗缺铁性贫血临床效果。方法我们选取2011年7月至2013年2月缺铁性贫血患者76例,将其随机分为观察组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组患者给予口服多糖铁胶囊治疗;观察组患者给予注射右旋糖苷铁治疗,将两组患者治疗结束后的效果进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗后的血红蛋白(HB)、血清铁蛋白(SP)检测值明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组患者在治疗期间均没有发生明显的不良反应症状。结论将右旋糖苷注射剂应用于缺铁性贫血患者的治疗中,能够纠正患者贫血症状,有效促进其体内红细胞生成,对提高患者生活质量及减少并发症发生均有重要意义。

목적:분석화연구우선당감철주사제치료결철성빈혈림상효과。방법아문선취2011년7월지2013년2월결철성빈혈환자76례,장기수궤분위관찰조(38례)여대조조(38례)。대조조환자급여구복다당철효낭치료;관찰조환자급여주사우선당감철치료,장량조환자치료결속후적효과진행대비。결과관찰조환자치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。관찰조환자치료후적혈홍단백(HB)、혈청철단백(SP)검측치명현우우대조조(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。량조환자재치료기간균몰유발생명현적불량반응증상。결론장우선당감주사제응용우결철성빈혈환자적치료중,능구규정환자빈혈증상,유효촉진기체내홍세포생성,대제고환자생활질량급감소병발증발생균유중요의의。
Objective To analysis and study on iron dextran injection treatment of iron deifciency anemia clinical results.Methods We selected in July 2011, 76 patients with iron deifciency anemia in February 2013, which were randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases). Control group patients give oral polyferose capsule treatment; Observation group was treated with iron dextran injection, will be the effect of two groups of patients after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients were signiifcantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance. Observation group after treatment in patients with hemoglobin (HB), serum ferritin (SP) values signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance. Two groups of patients during treatment were not obvious symptoms of adverse reactions. Conclusion The dextran injection was applied to the treatment of patients with iron deifciency anemia, can effective correction of anemia in patients with symptoms, improve the body erythropoiesis and prevent iron deifciency, to improve the patient's quality of life and reduce the complications are of great signiifcance.
