目的：探讨冬虫夏草多糖脂质体口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者失眠症的临床效果。方法将54例慢性乙型肝炎失眠患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(24例),对照组给予抗病毒、护肝治疗；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服冬虫夏草多糖脂质体口服液,30 d后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)调查表评定睡眠质量。结果两组治疗后PSQI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冬虫夏草多糖脂质体口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者失眠症有良好效果。
목적：탐토동충하초다당지질체구복액치료만성을형간염환자실면증적림상효과。방법장54례만성을형간염실면환자수궤분위관찰조(30례)화대조조(24례),대조조급여항병독、호간치료；관찰조재대조조치료적기출상가복동충하초다당지질체구복액,30 d후채용필자보수면질량지수(PSQI)조사표평정수면질량。결과량조치료후PSQI평분균교치료전명현강저(P<0.05),관찰조교대조조강저경명현,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론동충하초다당지질체구복액치료만성을형간염환자실면증유량호효과。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of cordyceps polysaccharide liposomal oral in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with insomnia. Methods Fifty-four cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B with insomnia were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (24 cases),control group were given with anti hepatitis B virus and liver protection therapy,while the observation group were given with cordyceps polysaccharide li-posomal oral on the basis of control group.Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality. Results The PSQI score of two groups reduced obviously compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and the observation group significantly decreased compared with the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cordyceps polysaccharide liposomal oral for the chronic hepatitis B with insomnia has good effect.
