目的：探讨胃肠间质瘤预后的影响因素。方法回顾性分析本院及安徽医科大学附院2007年1月1日~2009年1月1日收治的100例胃肠间质瘤患者的临床资料，探讨胃肠间质瘤各治疗因素对预后的影响。结果回顾性分析比较发现，是否进行扩大切除术、Fletcher分级、病灶数目的多少、核分裂象数目、是否伴发转移、是否为靶向治疗对生存率有明显影响(P<0.05)；性别、年龄对患者的预后生存率无明显影响(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示，伴发转移、病灶数目、扩大切除术、靶向治疗是影响预后的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论是否伴发转移、病灶数目的多少是影响胃肠间质瘤预后的重要因素，采取手术联合靶向治疗的预后效果较好，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토위장간질류예후적영향인소。방법회고성분석본원급안휘의과대학부원2007년1월1일~2009년1월1일수치적100례위장간질류환자적림상자료，탐토위장간질류각치료인소대예후적영향。결과회고성분석비교발현，시부진행확대절제술、Fletcher분급、병조수목적다소、핵분렬상수목、시부반발전이、시부위파향치료대생존솔유명현영향(P<0.05)；성별、년령대환자적예후생존솔무명현영향(P>0.05)。다인소분석현시，반발전이、병조수목、확대절제술、파향치료시영향예후적독립인소(P<0.05)。결론시부반발전이、병조수목적다소시영향위장간질류예후적중요인소，채취수술연합파향치료적예후효과교호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the influence factor analysis on prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods The clinical date of one hundred patients selected from the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University and our hospital from January 1st 2007 to January 1st 2009 were retrospective analyzed,in order to probe into the therapeutic influence factors on prognosis. Results Retrospective analysis proved that enlarged excision or not,fletcher classifica-tion,number of focus and mitotic figure,metastasis or not,and targeted therapy all had obvious influences on survival rate (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in survival rate by gender or age (P>0.05).Multi-factor analysis indicated that metastasis,number of focus,enlarged excision,and targeted therapy were independent factors influencing prognosis (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,metastasis or not and number of focus are im-portant factors impacting on prognosis.Combination of operative treatment and targeted therapy can obtain a favorable prognosis,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
