目的：探讨盆底康复治疗对预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后尿潴留的疗效观察。方法选择2012年妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者68例，将上半年患者定为对照组，将下半年患者定为治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上于拔尿管前3天开始使用肌肉神经生物电疗仪对患者进行盆底肌康复治疗，分别观察两组患者膀胱功能恢复情况。结果治疗组发生尿潴留的几率远低于对照组，治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗对预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后发生尿潴留有明显疗效。
목적：탐토분저강복치료대예방부과악성종류술후뇨저류적료효관찰。방법선택2012년부과악성종류술후환자68례，장상반년환자정위대조조，장하반년환자정위치료조。대조조급여상규치료화호리。치료조재대조조치료적기출상우발뇨관전3천개시사용기육신경생물전료의대환자진행분저기강복치료，분별관찰량조환자방광공능회복정황。결과치료조발생뇨저류적궤솔원저우대조조，치료조적림상료효명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론분저강복치료대예방부과악성종류술후발생뇨저류유명현료효。
Objective To explore and observe the curative effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation in the prevention of post-operative urinary retention for patients with gynecological malignancy. Methods All 68 patients who received surgery of gynecological malignancy in 2012 were selected, and those receiving the surgery in the first half year were allocated into control group, and those receiving the surgery in the second half year were allocated into treatment group. The control group received regular treatment and nursing,while the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,be-gan to receive pelvic floor rehabilitation via neuromuscular biological electro-therapeutic apparatus 3 days before the removal of urinary catheter. Recovery of bladder functions was observed between two groups. Results The incidence of urinary retention in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilita-tion in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention of gynecological malignancy has obvious curative effect.
