参芎葡萄糖注射液为中药单体复方制剂，具有抗血小板聚集、扩张冠状动脉、降低血液黏度等功效。我中心对2013年5月至8月期间共收到的6例疑似参芎葡萄糖注射液引起的不良反应进行合理性分析，结果表明：参芎葡萄糖注射液还存在心悸、胸闷、静脉炎、腹痛、胃部不适等不良反应症状，并针对性地提出其临床合理化使用建议。

To analyze the cause of adverse drug reactions of Salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection, some examples are listed in the paper, which were received from May to August this year. It was found that Salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection caused adverse drug reactions including heart- throb. While many ADRs are related to irrational drug, rational methods were introduced in the ending to reduce or avoid ADRs.
