目的:建立虎耳草颗粒的质量控制方法。方法色谱柱为hypersilODS(250mm×4.0mm、5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长275nm,柱温30℃。结果岩白菜素的进样量在0.0202~0.202μg之间与峰面积呈良好线性关系(R2=0.9998),平均回收率为100.33%,RSD=1.92%。结论本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于虎耳草颗粒的质量控制。

목적:건립호이초과립적질량공제방법。방법색보주위hypersilODS(250mm×4.0mm、5μm),류동상위갑순-수(20∶80),류속위1.0mL/min,검측파장275nm,주온30℃。결과암백채소적진양량재0.0202~0.202μg지간여봉면적정량호선성관계(R2=0.9998),평균회수솔위100.33%,RSD=1.92%。결론본방법령민、준학、중현성호,가용우호이초과립적질량공제。
Objective To establish a quality control method of Saxifraga granules. Methods The analysis was performed on phenomenex hydro C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 4 μm), the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O (20∶80) with a lfow rate at 1.0 mL/min, and detectional wavelength at 275 nm under column temperature 30 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of bergenin was at a range of 0.0202-0.202 μg(R2=0.9998), the recovery was 100.33%, with RSD at 1.92%. Conclusion This method was sensitive, exact, and reproducible to be used for the quality control of the Saxifraga granules.
