目的：探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合赖诺普利对高血压患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法将60例高血压患者随机分为左旋氨氯地平组（2.5~5mg/d），赖诺普利组（10~20mg/d）和联合治疗组（氨氯地平2.5mg/d联合赖诺普利10mg/d），3组于治疗前和治疗后4、10、20周检测尿微量白蛋白，血清肌酐及尿素氮水平。结果3组患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压水平较治疗前均有明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。3组治疗4周后，尿微量白蛋白都有所下降，联合治疗组更明显。3组血清肌酐，尿素氮水平较前无明显变化（P＞0.05）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合赖诺普利降压效果明显，可减少高血压患者尿微量白蛋白。
목적：탐토분광산좌선안록지평연합뢰낙보리대고혈압환자뇨미량백단백적영향。방법장60례고혈압환자수궤분위좌선안록지평조（2.5~5mg/d），뢰낙보리조（10~20mg/d）화연합치료조（안록지평2.5mg/d연합뢰낙보리10mg/d），3조우치료전화치료후4、10、20주검측뇨미량백단백，혈청기항급뇨소담수평。결과3조환자치료후수축압급서장압수평교치료전균유명현하강，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。3조치료4주후，뇨미량백단백도유소하강，연합치료조경명현。3조혈청기항，뇨소담수평교전무명현변화（P＞0.05）。결론분광산좌선안록지평연합뢰낙보리강압효과명현，가감소고혈압환자뇨미량백단백。
Objective To discuss the effect of levamlodipine and lisinopril tablets in patients with essential hypertension and the impact of urine microalbuminuria. Methods 60 cases of essential hypertension with microalbuminuria, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into 3 groups: oral levamlodipine 2.5-5 mg/d; oral Lisinopril 10-20 mg/d; oral Levamlodipine 2.5 mg/d+lisinopril 10 mg/d. Comparing pretherapy with post-treatment 4 weeks, 10 weeks, 20 weeks in decreasing blood pressure levels of three treatment groups. Microalbum inuria, serum nitrogen and creatinine were examined at the same time. Results Both SBP and DBP were signiifcantly decreased in there groups after 20 weeks(P<0.05). After 4-week treatment, microalbuminuria was decreased in three groups, especially in the combined group. And there were no statistical signiifcance on the level of serum nitrogen and creatinine. Conclusion The levamlodipine with lisinopril are more effective in lowering blood pressure and decreasing microalbuminuria.
