目的:对纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术联合布地奈德雾化在儿童吸入性肺炎治疗中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取30例吸入性肺炎患儿,并将其分为对照组与观察组,每组15例患儿,对对照组进行单纯的地奈德雾化治疗,对观察组患者进行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术联合布地奈德雾化治疗,对两组患者病情消失实践、住院时间以及治疗总有效率进行观察。结果两组患者治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率(97.1%)比对照组总有效率(83.3%)要高,观察组主要症状消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术联合布地奈德雾化能够有效治疗儿童吸入性肺炎,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective Fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage combined with budesonide atomization application effect in the treatment of aspiration pneumonia in children were discussed. Method Selection 30 children with aspiration pneumonia, and divided into control group and observation group, each group of 15 children, in the control group with ifber bronchoscope for the treatment of alveolar lavage, ifber bronchoscope for observation group of patients with alveolar lavage decompression combined with budesonide aerosol therapy, the patients of two groups of disappearing practices, length of hospital stay and the total effective rate were observed. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment the total effective rate of observation group patients (97.1%) higher than the control group total effective rate (83.3%), P<0.05, there is statistical signiifcance, observation group of patients with CRP (pulmonary function before and after), PCT (ease inlfammation index), hospitalization days, and lung CT absorption situation is better than the control group. Conclusion The ifberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage combined with budesonide spray can effectively treat children aspiration pneumonia, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
