目的：观察红霉素联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗百日咳综合征的临床疗效。方法将明确诊断为百日咳综合征的86例患儿随机分为2组：治疗组给予红霉素静脉滴注和沐舒坦雾化吸入联合治疗，对照组给予红霉素静脉滴注治疗，比较2组治疗的疗效。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.02%，对照组总有效率为79.07%，2组比较有统计学(P<0.05)。结论红霉素联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗百日咳综合征有良好的疗效。
목적：관찰홍매소연합목서탄무화흡입치료백일해종합정적림상료효。방법장명학진단위백일해종합정적86례환인수궤분위2조：치료조급여홍매소정맥적주화목서탄무화흡입연합치료，대조조급여홍매소정맥적주치료，비교2조치료적료효。결과치료조적치료총유효솔위93.02%，대조조총유효솔위79.07%，2조비교유통계학(P<0.05)。결론홍매소연합목서탄무화흡입치료백일해종합정유량호적료효。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of erythromycin and ambroxol atomization inhaled in treating pertussis syndrome. Methods A total of 86 patients with pertussis syndrome were divided randomly into the treatment group (erythromycin iv. drip, ambroxol atomization inhaled) and the control group (erythromycin iv.drip). Results The total effective of the treatment group was better than the control group (93.02%, 79.07%, P<0.05); the treatment group can improve the symptoms of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The methods of erythromycin and ambroxol atomization inhaled in treating pertussis syndrome has a good effect in the treatment of pertussis syndrome.
