目的:探讨三维时间飞跃法(3D-TOF)在头部动脉开窗畸形中的诊断价值。方法收集行3D-TOF-MRA检查患者2057例,动脉开窗畸形49例共51处,在工作站上进行三维最大密度投影及容积重建,分析动脉开窗畸形影像特点。结果2057例中,动脉开窗畸形51处(检出率2.48%,51/2057),其中位于基底动脉21例;位于大脑前动脉26例;位于大脑中动脉2例;位于椎动脉2例。结论3D-TOF-MRA可以清晰显示和准确诊断颅内动脉开窗畸形,具有重要临床意义。

목적:탐토삼유시간비약법(3D-TOF)재두부동맥개창기형중적진단개치。방법수집행3D-TOF-MRA검사환자2057례,동맥개창기형49례공51처,재공작참상진행삼유최대밀도투영급용적중건,분석동맥개창기형영상특점。결과2057례중,동맥개창기형51처(검출솔2.48%,51/2057),기중위우기저동맥21례;위우대뇌전동맥26례;위우대뇌중동맥2례;위우추동맥2례。결론3D-TOF-MRA가이청석현시화준학진단로내동맥개창기형,구유중요림상의의。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosticvalue of three dimensional time of lfight (3D-TOF) in intracranial artery fenestration.Methods The data of 3D-TOF-MRA of head arteries in 2057 patients were collected of which 49 patients (51cases) were diagnosed as artery fenestration. The maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rending (VR) images were obtained after post-processing of workstation. The imaging feature of intracranial arteries fenestration were analyzed. Results In the 2057 cases, 51 cases of intracranial artery fentration were found (the detection rate 2.48%, 51/2057), including 21 in basilar, 26 in anterior cerebralartery, 2 in vetebrobasilar junction, 2 in middle cerebmlartery. Conclusion 3D-TOF-MRA can display the intranial artery fenestrations clearly and exactly, has signiifcant clinical value.
