    Combining with the great decline of water level at Weihe River,the paper analyzes the influence of water level decline on sand lique-faction of earthquakes,researches the factors which affect the sand liquefaction by combining with the historical documents of the earthquake liq-uefaction of the region,and predicts the tendency for the soil liquefaction,so as to provide some theoretic reference for related studies.
