目的：总结运用中药内服治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕（ PCOS）的临床经验。方法根据中医理论审证求因，分为肾虚、痰湿阻滞、气滞血瘀、肝经湿热等证型辨证论治。首方立桂枝茯苓丸（《金贵要略》）为基础方加减治疗100例PCOS患者。结果随访2年，孕80例，产75例。结论运用中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕能明显改善其临床症状，值得推广。
目的：總結運用中藥內服治療多囊卵巢綜閤徵不孕（ PCOS）的臨床經驗。方法根據中醫理論審證求因，分為腎虛、痰濕阻滯、氣滯血瘀、肝經濕熱等證型辨證論治。首方立桂枝茯苓汍（《金貴要略》）為基礎方加減治療100例PCOS患者。結果隨訪2年，孕80例，產75例。結論運用中藥治療多囊卵巢綜閤徵不孕能明顯改善其臨床癥狀，值得推廣。
목적：총결운용중약내복치료다낭란소종합정불잉（ PCOS）적림상경험。방법근거중의이론심증구인，분위신허、담습조체、기체혈어、간경습열등증형변증론치。수방립계지복령환（《금귀요략》）위기출방가감치료100례PCOS환자。결과수방2년，잉80례，산75례。결론운용중약치료다낭란소종합정불잉능명현개선기림상증상，치득추엄。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of using traditional Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovarian infertility .Methods According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for infertility due to post,will be divided into kidney deficiency,phlegm stagnation,qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver heat,syndrome dif-ferentiation .100 cases of PCOS were treated with the first set of Guizhi Fuling bolus ("Jingui chamber") based decoc-tion.Results Following-up of 2 years,80 cases of pregnancy ,75 cases of Labour .Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in treating polycystic ovarian infertility can obviously improve the clinical symptoms ,worthy of promotion.
