目的:探讨数字化塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的临床治疗效果。方法对我院2010年8月~2013年9月收治的46例需进行颅骨缺损手术的患者行数字化塑形钛网修补术,比较同期的42例行传统手工塑形钛网颅骨修补术的患者手术质量和术后恢复情况。进行6个月的术后随访,统计评估患者术后恢复情况。结果与传统手术方法相比,数字化塑形钛网修补手术在用时、并发症发生情况等方面优势明显(P<0.01),术后功能状态评分和生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字化塑形钛网技术在颅骨缺损的修复治疗上具有塑形美观、术后恢复效果好,可减少手术时间等诸多优点,是在条件允许的情况下的首选手术方式。

목적:탐토수자화소형태망수보로골결손적림상치료효과。방법대아원2010년8월~2013년9월수치적46례수진행로골결손수술적환자행수자화소형태망수보술,비교동기적42례행전통수공소형태망로골수보술적환자수술질량화술후회복정황。진행6개월적술후수방,통계평고환자술후회복정황。결과여전통수술방법상비,수자화소형태망수보수술재용시、병발증발생정황등방면우세명현(P<0.01),술후공능상태평분화생활질량평분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론수자화소형태망기술재로골결손적수복치료상구유소형미관、술후회복효과호,가감소수술시간등제다우점,시재조건윤허적정황하적수선수술방식。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment effects of digital moulding titanium mesh in the repair of skull defects. Methods Forty-six patients requiring skull defects surgery who were admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to September 2013 received digital moulding titanium mesh repair and their surgical quality and postoperative recovery situation were compared to those of 42 patients who received traditional hand moulding titanium mesh skull defects repair in the same period. After 6 months of postoperative follow-up visits, the patients' postoperative recovery situation was evaluated statistically. Results Compared to the traditional surgical method, the digital moulding titanium mesh repair had obvious advantages in the time consumption and occurrence of complications(P<0.01), but did not have statistically significant differences in the postoperative functional status score and living quality score(P>0.05). Conclusion In the repair of skull defects, the digital moulding titanium mesh technique has the advantage of artistic moulding, good postoperative recovery effects and surgical time decrease, thus is the prior surgical method under allowable conditions.
