目的：探讨低温等离子射频消融在鼻部手术治疗疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2014年2月收治的鼻部手术患者75例，随机分为研究组38例及对照组37例。比较两组患者的临床疗效，VAS及MTR评分。结果研究组的总有效率为92.11%，明显高于对照组的78.38%（P＜0.05）。两组术后1、3个月的VAS评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗3个月后微波组MTR值明显低于等离子组（P＜0.05）。研究组的并发症发生率为10.53%，明显低于对照组的32.43%（P＜0.05）。结论等离子射频消融在鼻部手术治疗中应用疗效显著，安全可靠，并发症少。
목적：탐토저온등리자사빈소융재비부수술치료료효。방법선취2011년1월～2014년2월수치적비부수술환자75례，수궤분위연구조38례급대조조37례。비교량조환자적림상료효，VAS급MTR평분。결과연구조적총유효솔위92.11%，명현고우대조조적78.38%（P＜0.05）。량조술후1、3개월적VAS평분비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료3개월후미파조MTR치명현저우등리자조（P＜0.05）。연구조적병발증발생솔위10.53%，명현저우대조조적32.43%（P＜0.05）。결론등리자사빈소융재비부수술치료중응용료효현저，안전가고，병발증소。
Objective To explore the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of clinical application in the nose operationanalysis. Methods 75 Patients with nasal operation from 2011 January -2014 year in Februaryfwere all collected and Were randomly divided into study group(n=38) and andcontrol group(n=37). The clinical efficacy,VAS and MTR score were all observed. Conclusion Plasma radiofrequency ablation significantly,efficacy in nasal operationtreatment is safe and reliable,less complications,accord with therequirement of minimally invasive surgery.
