目的：探讨超声定位在微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术中临床应用价值。方法选择患者50例，术中定位采用超声，统计患者穿刺次数及穿刺所耗时间，以及穿刺后发生的并发症。结果使用后穿刺次数显著少于使用前（P＜0.05），同时穿刺所耗时间显著短于使用前（P＜0.05），穿刺出现肝脾损伤、气胸、肾脏血管损伤和肾脏穿孔比例低于使用前（P＜0.05）。结论在超声定位下行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗，减少反复穿刺带来的并发症，缩短操作时间，提高手术安全性、成功率有积极意义。
목적：탐토초성정위재미창경피신경화격광쇄석술중림상응용개치。방법선택환자50례，술중정위채용초성，통계환자천자차수급천자소모시간，이급천자후발생적병발증。결과사용후천자차수현저소우사용전（P＜0.05），동시천자소모시간현저단우사용전（P＜0.05），천자출현간비손상、기흉、신장혈관손상화신장천공비례저우사용전（P＜0.05）。결론재초성정위하행경피신경화격광쇄석치료，감소반복천자대래적병발증，축단조작시간，제고수술안전성、성공솔유적겁의의。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in micro-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with lithotripsy. Methods 50 cases were selected and used ultrasound intraoperative localization, needle puncture of the patients and the number of time-consuming and complications after puncture were statisticalled. Results The number of puncture after use of ultrasound was less than before(P < 0.05), while the puncture time was shorter than before(P<0.05), liver and spleen damage occurs, pneumothorax, kidney damage and renal vascular perforation ratio were lower than before(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy can reduce complications caused by repeated puncture and short the operation time and improve the success rate of surgery, so it has a positive meaning.
