目的：探讨有层级化的护理干预项目对妇科肿瘤术后患者主观体验的作用。方法以80例各类妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象，随机分为层级干预组与普通干预组，所有患者均积极治疗原发病并行相应护理，层级干预组在住院期间接受有层级化的护理干预项目。比较两组患者术后首发心理及生理症状、术后体内应激因子水平、术后面对疾病的主观体验及住院期间生活质量与护理服务满意度之间的差别。结果层级干预组患者术后首发心理及生理症状、术后体内应激因子水平、术后面对疾病的主观体验及住院期间生活质量与护理服务满意度均优于普通干预组，其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论层级化护理干预项目可以有效提高妇科肿瘤患者术后主观体验，改善术后护理效果，对妇科肿瘤患者具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate of the hierarchical nursing intervention on the subjective experience of patients with gynecological tumors postoperative. Methods 80 patients with gynecological tumors were investigated and randomly divided into the intervention group and normal group. All patients were given active treatment of the original diseases parallel and corresponding nursing. While in hospital, the intervention group was given the hierarchical nursing intervention. The first psychological and physical symptoms, postoperative stress factor, postoperative facing the disease's subjective experience and quality of life during hospitalization, and nursing service satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The first psychological and physical symptoms, postoperative stress factor, postoperative facing the disease's subjective experience and quality of life during hospitalization, and nursing service satisfaction of the intervention group were superior to the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical nursing intervention program can effectively improve the subjective experience of patients with gynecological tumors, and improve the effect of nursing after the operation. It has positive significance for patients with gynecological tumors.
