目的:观察对血小板聚集功能异常所导致的复发性流产患者使用小剂量阿司匹林治疗的临床效果。方法选取2011年6月~2013年9月收治血小板聚集功能异常复发性流产患者42例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组肌肉注射黄体酮进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用小剂量阿司匹林进行联合治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者足月分娩率与治疗有效率均明显高于对照组,治疗后血小板聚集功能水平明显降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用小剂量阿司匹林治疗血小板聚集功能异常导致复发性流产,能够有效调节其血小板聚集功能,改善临床妊娠结局,具有理想的临床疗效。

목적:관찰대혈소판취집공능이상소도치적복발성유산환자사용소제량아사필림치료적림상효과。방법선취2011년6월~2013년9월수치혈소판취집공능이상복발성유산환자42례,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,대조조기육주사황체동진행치료,관찰조재차기출상가용소제량아사필림진행연합치료,대비량조환자림상료효。결과관찰조환자족월분면솔여치료유효솔균명현고우대조조,치료후혈소판취집공능수평명현강저,차저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론사용소제량아사필림치료혈소판취집공능이상도치복발성유산,능구유효조절기혈소판취집공능,개선림상임신결국,구유이상적림상료효。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of low-dose aspirin in the treatment of patients with platelet aggregation dysfunction induced recurrent abortion. Methods Forty-two patients with platelet aggregation dysfunction induced recurrent abortion treated from June 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given intramuscular injection of progesterone and the observation group was given additional low-dose aspirin on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were observed comparatively. Results The observation group had significantly higher full term delivery rate and treatment effective rate than the control group, and significantly reduced platelet aggregation function level after the treatment, which was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of low-dose aspirin in the treatment of platelet aggregation dysfunction induced recurrent abortion can effectively adjust platelet aggregation function and improve clinical pregnancy outcomes, and have ideal clinical efficacy.
