目的:对苯那普利联合螺内酯治疗高血压性心脏病充血性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果进行观察。方法选取我院2011年4月~2013年4月所接收的高血压性心脏病充血性心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,并将其随机分为两组,即对照组与治疗组,对照组给予苯那普利进行治疗,而治疗组采取苯那普利联合螺内酯进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察。结果通过治疗,治疗组有显效18例,有效20例,总有效率为95.0%,对照组有显效15例,有效19例,总有效率为85.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在步行6min运动耐量与LVEF上,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压性心脏病充血性心力衰竭患者采取苯那普利联合螺内酯予以治疗,能够有效改善患者的心功能,且治疗效果显著,值得大力推广。

목적:대분나보리연합라내지치료고혈압성심장병충혈성심력쇠갈적림상치료효과진행관찰。방법선취아원2011년4월~2013년4월소접수적고혈압성심장병충혈성심력쇠갈환자80례작위연구대상,병장기수궤분위량조,즉대조조여치료조,대조조급여분나보리진행치료,이치료조채취분나보리연합라내지진행치료,대량조환자적림상치료효과진행관찰。결과통과치료,치료조유현효18례,유효20례,총유효솔위95.0%,대조조유현효15례,유효19례,총유효솔위85.0%,량조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);이재보행6min운동내량여LVEF상,치료조명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대고혈압성심장병충혈성심력쇠갈환자채취분나보리연합라내지여이치료,능구유효개선환자적심공능,차치료효과현저,치득대력추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of benazepril combined with spironolactone in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease complicated with congestive heart failure. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive heart disease complicated with congestive heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, a control group and a treatment group. The control group received benazepril, and the treatment group received benazepril combined with spironolactone. Clinical effects in the two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, 18 patients in the treatment group were significantly effective and 20 patients were effective, with the total effective rate of 95.0%. 15 patients in the control group were significantly effective and 19 patients were effective, with the total effective of 85.0%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05); exercise tolerance of a 6-min walk and LVEF in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Benazepril combined with spironolactone in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease complicated with congestive heart failure helps effectively improve patients' heart functions and has a significant curative effect, which is worthy of widespread promotion.
