本试验选取胎次、泌乳天数、产奶量、体况相近的中国荷斯坦泌乳牛20头,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组10头进行饲喂对比试验,研究不同粗料组成日粮对奶牛生产性能的影响。试验组奶牛节粮型TMR组成:精料、全株玉米青贮、氨化玉米秸秆、微贮棉籽壳、苜蓿干草等。对照组TMR仅以精料、全株青贮玉米、玉米秸秆构成。试验期间测定产奶量、精料采食量、奶料比及乳脂率变化情况。结果表明,两组奶牛的日均产奶量、乳脂率接近,差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组奶料比为3.12:1,对照组为2.96:1,差异不显著(P>0.05);但30d正试期试验组头均消耗精料量较对照组减少40.79kg,差异显著(P<0.05)。

본시험선취태차、비유천수、산내량、체황상근적중국하사탄비유우20두,수궤분성시험조화대조조,매조10두진행사위대비시험,연구불동조료조성일량대내우생산성능적영향。시험조내우절량형TMR조성:정료、전주옥미청저、안화옥미갈간、미저면자각、목숙간초등。대조조TMR부이정료、전주청저옥미、옥미갈간구성。시험기간측정산내량、정료채식량、내료비급유지솔변화정황。결과표명,량조내우적일균산내량、유지솔접근,차이균불현저(P>0.05);시험조내료비위3.12:1,대조조위2.96:1,차이불현저(P>0.05);단30d정시기시험조두균소모정료량교대조조감소40.79kg,차이현저(P<0.05)。
In order to study the feeding patterns of cows forage-saving and improve the cows diet structure, totally 20 Chinese Holstein cows with the similar parity, lactation days, milk production and body condition were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (10 cows for each group), the feeding contrast test was carried out and the feeding patterns of cows forage-saving was studied. The structure of the experimental group cow forage-saving diet was: concentrate, the whole silage corn, the ammoniation corn straw, the fermentation cottonseed hull, dry clover etc. The structure of the control group cow diet was:concentrate, the whole silage corn, corn straw etc. The changes of milk production, concentrate intake, milk and feed ratio and fat percentage for the experimental group and the control group were determined in test period. The results showed that milk production and fat percentage for the experimental group and the control group was essentially consistent, there was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). But the consumption of concentrate for the experimental group was reduced by 40.79 kilograms than the consumption of concentrate for the control group, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). The milk and feed ratio of the experimental group was 3.12:1, but the milk and feed ratio of the control group was 2.96:1, the difference was not signiifcant ( P>0.05).
