目的：增强先天性上睑下垂围手术期护理意识，预防及减少手术并发症发生。方法：总结我院2009年10月～2013年10月32例（32只眼）先天性上睑下垂手术并发症患者，并统计分析原因及护理对策。结果：32例出现并发症患者中经过积极治疗和护理均痊愈，上睑下垂矫正满意。结论：先天性上睑下垂围手术期精心护理，可减少术后并发症，改善治疗效果。
목적：증강선천성상검하수위수술기호리의식，예방급감소수술병발증발생。방법：총결아원2009년10월～2013년10월32례（32지안）선천성상검하수수술병발증환자，병통계분석원인급호리대책。결과：32례출현병발증환자중경과적겁치료화호리균전유，상검하수교정만의。결론：선천성상검하수위수술기정심호리，가감소술후병발증，개선치료효과。
Objective:To strengthen the consciousness of congenital ptosis perioperative care , prevention and reduction of surgical complications.Methods:From October 2009 to October 2013, 32 cases (32 eyes) of congenital ptosis surgery patients with complica-tions, and statistical analysis .Results: 32 cases of complications in patients were recovered after active treatment , ptosis correction . Conclusion:the congenital ptosis perioperative care , can reduce the postoperative complications and improve treatment effect .
